Our role

Merchant Fund Relay LLC provides a website for businesses to request information about merchant cash advance options. We act as a broker, not a direct lender or funding provider. We may receive compensation from a provider when funding is completed. Funding is for commercial purposes only.

No approval or obligation

Website content and application submission are not a funding approval, offer, commitment, or financial advice. Providers make their own decisions about eligibility, pricing, amounts, availability, and timing. You are not required to accept an offer. Any funding transaction is governed by its separate agreement and required disclosures.

Understand the costs

Review all terms, total payback, fees, payment frequency, anticipated duration, reconciliation rights if any, and the effect on business cash flow before accepting funding. A factor rate is not an annual percentage rate. Seek independent advice when needed.

Your application

You must be an adult authorized to submit information for the business. Provide accurate information and notify us of material corrections. Do not impersonate another owner, sign for another person, submit unlawful content, or attempt to interfere with the service. A typed signature records your expressed intent to sign; it does not independently verify your identity.

Electronic records and contact

The form provides the authorization and electronic signature terms before submission. Each listed owner must personally review and sign. You can download the signed PDF after a successful submission. Contact us for a copy or an alternative application process. You may optionally upload business bank statements after submitting your application. You must be authorized to provide those documents and agree to the upload authorization. Skipping the upload does not cancel your submitted application. The initial application does not authorize a credit pull or automated marketing; additional authorizations may be requested separately.

Service availability

We aim to keep the website available, but it may be interrupted or contain errors. A submission is confirmed only after the email service accepts the application for delivery. Acceptance by that service does not guarantee inbox delivery. If you do not hear from us, contact us with your application reference. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
