This policy explains how Merchant Fund Relay LLC handles information submitted through this website and funding application.
Information we collect
We collect the business, owner, contact, revenue, funding, and signature information you enter; the date and time of submission; and campaign tags from a link you use to reach the application. Our hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and browser information for operation and abuse prevention. After submitting the application, you may separately upload business bank statements. These documents may contain bank account information, balances, and transaction history. Do not enter bank account numbers, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, or passwords in the application fields. Do not upload passwords or identity documents.
How we use and share information
We use the information to review your funding request, contact you about it, generate your signed application, operate the site, and prevent abuse. As authorized in the application, we may share it with potential funding providers to evaluate business funding options. Bank statement uploads require a separate authorization to review and share those documents for the same request. Those providers may have separate privacy policies. Our hosting, email delivery, and security service providers process information to support these functions. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect legal rights. This form does not authorize automated marketing calls or marketing texts.
Application delivery and records
The application is converted to a PDF and delivered to our business email inbox before we ask for bank statements. If you choose to upload statements, we send the PDFs as attachments in a separate email to the same inbox, linked by your application reference. Skipping or failing to complete that upload does not cancel the application. Email delivery, hosting, spam protection, and mailbox providers process relevant information. The website does not create a public application link or store application drafts in browser storage. The website processes uploaded statements in memory and does not publish download links or keep a separate file archive. Your upload authorization is kept only in the open page and expires after two hours; it is not saved in browser storage. Information and unsent files remain in the open form until the page is closed or refreshed. Application and bank statement records in our inbox and service-provider systems are retained as needed for the request, business records, dispute resolution, and applicable legal obligations.
Cookies and security
The application uses a security challenge to reduce automated abuse. Hosting and security services may use necessary cookies or similar technology. We do not add advertising pixels or analytics cookies to this website. We use encrypted connections for form submission; no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure. Only provide information necessary for your business funding request.
Your choices
Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information, ask about our handling of your data, or tell us not to contact you further. We may verify your identity and may need to retain certain records. Additional rights may apply depending on your location. To submit without electronic signatures, contact us for an alternative process.
